Why Hire A Professional Home Inspector…

Having an inspection completed within 30 days prior to the first anniversary of your new home purchase is strongly recommended by The Tarion Warranty Program. Many builders also request that you provide them with a list of deficiencies prior to the one-year anniversary.

If you waive your right to having home inspection representation, you may encounter difficulties in trying to prove that any deficiencies existed in your home unless reported as such to the Tarion Warranty Program at the opportunities that they permit, which includes just prior to your one-year anniversary.

We’ll provide you with all the tools necessary to ensure that you are protected!

An 11-Month Inspection is more than just nail pops, poor drywall finishes, inferior carpet installations and other cosmetic dissatisfactions.  It’s an opportunity to ensure that your home was not built with deficiencies that will cost you money because they weren’t discovered prior to your warranty expiring.

We’ll uncover problems wth your roof that could cause leaks in your hme and premature replacementof roof coverings.

We’ll ensure that the eectrical panel does not hold any unsafe condition and check for appropriate breaker to wire size.

We’ll inspect your attic to ensure that it has been properly insulated … and more.
